Taoist Health Sessions

Taoism is the energetic and spiritual connection to nature that underpins Traditional Chinese Medicine. Taoist Health Sessions focus on cultivating radiant health & vitality alongside nature – a Taoist concept called YangSheng 養生.

 

In these sessions you will be guided towards self-cultivation alongside nature for spiritual, physical and emotional well-being. We will address anything that needs to be nurtured in harmony with nature. A combination of lifestyle refinement, Taoist energetic nutrition, herbal recommendations, meridian movement, Qi Gong and meditation will be prescribed for an integrated state of health.

Alyssa is a qualified Health Coach with deep reverence and knowledge in Traditional healing systems including Chinese Medicine, Vedic Astrology, Tantra and Taoist energetics.

Sessions are 1 hour held online. Recommended 1 session per month for 3 months for the most evolutionary upgrades.
