Facial diagnosis of prenatal constitution.
According to TCM, various facial attributes can indicate a strong postnatal constitution (derived from your genetics, the circumstances of your conception etc). These include:
a broad forehead and glabella (the third eye)
long and wide nose
full cheeks
strong lower jaw
long ears with long lobes
well-proportioned eyes, nose, ears and mouth
long philtrum (the raised space between your nose & lips)
normal complexion with lustre
firm muscles and skin
When a person with a strong constitution falls ills, it is easier to treat. However, one can bolster their prenatal constitution with a vibrant, nourishing and individualised lifestyle; contributing to a strong postnatal constitution. Think; movement, joy, expansion, nourishment and relaxation.
